Hatha Yoga

Designed for the modern practitioner, Hatha Yoga cultivates awareness of the body and the mind through asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Classes include a sequence of asana that encourages strength, and concentration. Pranayama is woven throughout the class and connects the practitioner deeper to the practice as they focus on their breath. Each class includes meditation, creating a space for stillness and inner peace. These classes serve as an invitation to integrate and harmonize all levels of the being. Held at Sound Bird Center.
