Through guided breathing techniques, mindful awareness, and grounding practices, you’ll be supported in shifting out of overwhelm and into a more relaxed, centered state.

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, reset, and restore from the inside out. Breathwork can help calm the mind, increase energy flow, support emotional release, and improve resilience to daily stressors — all while deepening your connection to your body and breath.

Come as you are. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
