Slow Flow to Yin - Reiki Infused

This practice includes a balanced journey of yang to yin energy, designed to leave you both uplifted and energized, yet deeply grounded and calm.

Begin with a soulful, creative, and dynamic flow, accessible to all levels, through building heat, melting stagnant energy, and renewing clarity and inspiration to carry you into the week ahead.

In the second half, we will gently transition into a nurturing yin sequence, inviting you to surrender into long-held deep stretches that soften the connective tissues and enhance nervous system relaxation and an energetic attunement.

Through mindful somatic movement, breathwork, grounding meditation, and Reiki energy healing, this practice balances the physical and subtle bodies, allowing energy to flow freely through body, mind, heart, and spirit leaving you aligned, open and nourished.
